Online gaming rental company Gottaplay Interactive is snapping up advergaming outfit Skyworks Technologies. Gottaplay has signed a letter of intent; official acquisition is contingent upon satisfactory due diligence and such. The goal is for Skyworks to help Gottaplay extend its brand into the realm of casual gaming.
Last June, in-game ad network Massive formed a relationship with Skyworks to sell inventory in casual games through Skyworks.
