AOL/Tacoda Buy Approved

tacoda_logo.gifTacoda filed the Hart-Scott-Rodino docs required for the AOL acquisition August 1, according to CEO Curt Viebranz, and the acquisition just went through, says a company press release. So, now that the deal's sealed, Tacoda is a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL.
