Already one of the largest digital advertising services firms, Aegis Group is expanding its European presence with the acquisition of Extenseo, a search marketing agency in Belgium. The 10-year-old marketing agency will be added to the Isobar search network and renamed iProspect. The original iProspect was acquired by Aegis Group in 2004, and the brand has been expanded to 12 countries, according to the company. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
